With an average installation team of five people, one modular unit can typically be unfolded and assembled in approximately one day. THiNQ Eco Homes provides installation guidance and support on delivery.

Yes. Customize layouts, room sizes, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, wall finishes and selected smart technology options.

Interior walls use insulated sandwich panel systems and SPC materials designed for thermal efficiency and durability. Flooring is high-quality SPC and magnesium oxide. External wall options include decorative metal cladding in a range of colors. Windows are aluminum or UPVC double-glazed systems.

Yes. Units can include fitted kitchens and bathrooms with a variety of finishes including acrylic, PVC and marble-effect materials.

Yes. Electrical wiring and plumbing are pre-installed at the factory and prepared for final connection on site by qualified local contractors.

Units are delivered folded for efficient transport and installed on site once delivered.

Yes. The modular design allows units to be disassembled, relocated and reassembled if required.

Average production time is approximately 25 to 35 days, depending on specification and order volume.

Shipping time depends on your location. We confirm an estimated delivery window with your quote.

Estimated delivery to the UK is approximately 60–100 days, subject to shipping schedules and customs clearance.

Yes. THiNQ Eco Homes provides a standard 12-month warranty. Extended warranty options may also be available.

Customers are responsible for making sure the installation site is prepared, accessible and compliant with local authority requirements before delivery.

Depending on the intended use, size and location, a building permit and zoning approval may be required. Check with your city or county building and zoning departments before purchase and installation.

50% deposit on signing the purchase agreement, 0% on final specification, 50% on completion of fabrication, and 0% before final delivery or handover. Finance options may be available subject to approval and location.
