Can I use it as a short-term rental?
Many owners do. Short-term rental rules are set locally, so check your city or county requirements and any HOA rules before listing.
What is included in every unit?

- Insulated wall panels and basic interior finish
- Electrical wiring, sockets and plumbing
- Bathroom fixtures and kitchen cabinets
Is there a warranty?
Yes. THiNQ Eco Homes provides a standard 12-month warranty on the structural framework against manufacturing defects. Extended options may be available.
How do payments work?
50% deposit on signing the purchase agreement and 50% when your unit has been manufactured. Nothing is due at specification or delivery.
