Week 1

Free discovery call

Tell us your vision, site and budget. We advise on the right model and configuration, with no obligation.

Week 2

Specification & order

Confirm layout, finishes, upgrades and specifications. Sign the purchase agreement and pay your 50% deposit to lock in production.

Days 30–60

Production

Your unit is precision manufactured in our climate-controlled facility. Production takes approximately 25 to 35 days.

Days 60–100

Shipping & delivery

Your unit ships folded for efficiency and arrives by flatbed at your address. UK deliveries include customs clearance.

Day 90+

Installation & handover

A team of five unfolds and assembles your unit in approximately one day. Connect utilities and move in, or open for business.

You pay as it takes shape.

Payments are staged to production milestones. You never pay the full amount upfront.

Finance options may be available subject to approval and location. For multi-unit developer orders, alternative milestone schedules can be agreed in writing.

Getting your site ready

A little preparation makes installation day simple. These are the customer's responsibilities before delivery.

  • A prepared, level and accessible pad that meets local authority requirements.
  • Delivery access at least 12 feet wide and 14 feet high, with no low trees, power lines or other obstacles.
  • Unloading and placement by a licensed crane operator, certified rigging company or qualified local contractor, arranged and paid by the customer.
  • Utility connections made on site by qualified local contractors.
  • Any permits or zoning approvals your city or county requires for the intended use.Any planning permission or Building Regulations approval required for the intended use.
