- Waterproof and durable
- Fully waterproof construction, electrostatic spray-coated structural surface and high-strength bolt connections.
- Materials
- Insulated sandwich wall panels and SPC finishes inside; high-quality SPC and magnesium oxide flooring; decorative metal external cladding in a range of colors; aluminum or UPVC double-glazed windows.
- Utilities
- Electrical wiring and plumbing are installed at the factory and prepared for final connection on site by qualified local contractors.
